This four-part class covers how to create a counter weight necklace, helen dietz was so famous for. Julie Wuest, a good friend of helen's, will take you through a personal journey, to take a close look at helen, her gallery show, a video on the talk she gave about her work. Julie will also be bringing her personal collection of helen necklaces for the class to ooh and ah over, and a few weavings too. We are once again lucky enough to have Grace and her wonderful beads at our shop. You can't help but to be inspired when viewing her wonderful creations!!

Use tiny glass beads called seed beads, accent beads, needle and thread to create a beautiful beaded necklace. Designed with the beginner in mind, we will learn two of the most popular beading stitches, Flat Peyote Stitch and Tubular Peyote stitch, while completing the class project. Please refrain from wearing products that contain fragrance to this class.
